Once you have placed an order for a CNC machine from STYLECNC, we will contact you on the next business day by email or calling. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and for you to get the most out of your CNC machine. Our online sales representatives with review your order and contact you with estimated delivery date.
Shipping Methods
All the CNC machines can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air or by international express logistics via DHL, FEDEX, UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address, product and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight. A CNC machine firstly should be packaged well in a free-fumigation wooden crate. Usually, we deliver the CNC machine by ship, sometimes, as customer's requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When the CNC machine arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick up with the bill of lading we offered. We can also arrange the cargo agent to send to your door.
Shipping Rates
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
Shipment Tracking
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the CNC machine has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed).
