This high-speed 4-axis CNC machining center is specially designed for precision machining of aluminum curtain wall profiles, doors and windows.

It is suitable for drilling, milling, slotting, cutting, engraving, tapping and other complex machining operations.

With a -90° to +90° rotating spindle, the machine can perform multi-angle machining on aluminum profiles without repeated manual repositioning. 

Combined with professional 3D programming software, it enables efficient and accurate drilling, milling and cutting of complex aluminum components.

High-Speed 4-Axis Machining

The machine is equipped with a 12 kW high-speed electric spindle with a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm. 

The spindle can rotate from -90° to 0° to +90°, allowing the machine to process the top and side surfaces of aluminum profiles at different angles.

The spindle is supplied by a professional machine-tool manufacturer, with spindle end runout controlled to ≤0.005 mm, helping maintain high machining precision and surface quality.

12-Position Automatic Tool Changer

The machine features a 12-position automatic tool magazine, allowing different cutting tools to be stored and automatically changed according to the machining program. One cutting saw blade is included.

Automatic tool changing significantly reduces manual intervention and improves machining efficiency, particularly when multiple drilling, milling, slotting and cutting operations are required on the same workpiece.

Dual Working Tables & Flexible Production

The dual working table design allows two workpieces or two different aluminum profiles to be processed alternately. 

While one workpiece is being machined, the operator can load or unload the other side, creating an interactive loading and machining workflow.

The two working areas operate independently without interfering with each other, helping reduce idle time and improve overall production efficiency.

Automatic Fixture Positioning

The machine is equipped with 8 fixture stations. 

The fixture positions can be automatically positioned and adjusted to avoid the machining area according to the programmed machining requirements.

This design helps accommodate different aluminum profile sizes and reduces the need for repeated manual fixture adjustment.

High-Speed Servo Drive System

The machine uses a Syntec CNC control system, Syntec servo motors and servo drives, combined with high-quality linear guideways, precision racks and transmission components.

The X-axis can reach a maximum rapid speed of 80 m/min, while the Y-axis and Z-axis can reach 30 m/min and 20 m/min, respectively. 

The high-speed motion system provides fast positioning and efficient cycle times for mass production.
